• ʚ Terms of Service ɞ

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed below. Please read them carefully before placing an order. These terms protect both the artist and the client and help ensure a smooth and respectful collaboration.

PAYMENT & FEES
- Full payment is required upfront before I begin working on your commission.
- PayPal is the only accepted payment method.
- Work will begin only after the full payment has been received and confirmed.
- Rush orders (tight or last-minute deadlines) will include an additional priority fee.
- If you don’t provide clear reference images, and I need to work based on written descriptions or photo collections, a design fee will apply.
- Extra or significant changes beyond the initial agreement may incur revision fees (see “Revisions” section for details).
- All fees mentioned above may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the commission.

PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE
- The final artwork will be delivered at approximately A3 resolution (4961 x 3508 px). Dimensions may vary slightly depending on the piece.
- A sketch will be provided for approval before moving forward with the commission.
Please note: revisions are only accepted during the sketch phase.
- The sketch and any progress updates will be shared as low-resolution, watermarked previews.
- Deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission officially begins.
- I strive to deliver all work promptly and professionally. If unexpected delays arise (due to external circumstances), I will inform you as soon as possible.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
- As the artist, I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display and share it.
- I may post the final piece on my social media, portfolio, or website unless otherwise agreed upon.
- I also reserve the right to stream, record, or share parts of the creation process (e.g. timelapse or livestream).
- All characters depicted remain the intellectual property of their respective creators/owners.
- The final artwork is intended for personal use only, unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased.
- When sharing or using the commissioned piece, proper credit and a tag or link back to me are required.
- If you wish to use the work for commercial purposes, you must purchase the commercial license, priced at 300% of the original commission cost.
- Even with commercial rights, artist credit is still mandatory whenever the artwork is used or published.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
- Once the final artwork has been approved, no refunds will be issued.
- If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued depending on progress. No refunds will be issued after the final artwork is delivered.
- You may cancel your commission at any time. A partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work not yet completed.
- I reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your commission at any time, for any reason.
- If you become unresponsive for more than 14 days without prior notice, your commission will be considered abandoned and may be canceled without refund, depending on the amount of work completed.
- If you are found to be using the commissioned artwork in a way that violates the terms of use (e.g. unauthorized commercial use, NFT minting, AI training, or reposting without credit), I reserve the right to revoke usage rights without refund or warning.

🚫 This artwork is 100% hand-drawn. No AI was used, and NFTs are strictly prohibited.

♡Completion time ranges from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity and current queue.♡Rush commissions are possible with a 20–50% fee, depending on availability.♡I’ll keep you updated on the progress of your piece.
